Oleg founded Phoenix and to this day personally takes on the hardest boards that other workshops write off as beyond repair.
He brings over 40 years of hands-on practice - from factory design bureaus to his own certified workshop. Thousands of rail, marine and industrial electronics modules have passed through his hands.
