Workshop BoardMaster

The Phoenix LLC workshop: a certified service center in Tula

Where complex industrial electronics get a second life: diagnostics, component-level repair and full testing before every unit leaves the building.

10 +

years of hands-on industrial electronics repair

6 +

industries served: rail, metro, marine, CNC, oil and gas, automotive

IPC-7711/7721

international engineer certification

Our workshop in Tula is not just a bench with a soldering iron - it is a full service center with dedicated stations for diagnostics, soldering, BGA reballing and final testing. Every unit passes through several checkpoints before it goes back to the customer.

BoardMaster: component-level diagnostics

The core of our workflow is the BoardMaster diagnostic and repair system from ABI Electronics. It lets an engineer localize a fault down to a single component in minutes, not days, and start the repair at the same workstation.

Precise diagnostics and repair on professional-grade equipment

The key tool is the BoardMaster diagnostic system, paired with a PDR IR-E3G repair station for precise BGA and SMD soldering. Equipment is recalibrated on schedule, confirmed by our conformity certificates.

How a repair works

From request to a finished unit in four clear steps

Every stage happens at a dedicated workstation under an engineer's supervision.

Engineer testing a repaired board with a multimeter

Workstations are split by task: a dedicated diagnostics area with oscilloscopes and multimeters, a soldering and BGA/SMD reballing area under a microscope, and a final test bench where every repaired unit is checked under load before handover.

Our engineers hold IPC-7711/7721 certification and years of experience repairing industrial, rail and marine electronics. That level of qualification and equipment lets us take on units for which the manufacturer stopped shipping spare parts long ago.
