Certificates and qualifications

Repairing complex electronics takes more than equipment, it takes verified qualification. Below is our engineer certification under the international IPC standard, along with conformity certificates for the repair station we work with.

Certified IPC Specialist: IPC-7711/7721

IPC is the international association for the electronics industry, and its standards are the industry benchmark for assembling and repairing electronics. The IPC-7711/7721 certificate confirms an engineer's qualification in the rework, modification and repair of electronic assemblies: wire splicing, through-hole and SMD component repair (chip and MELF), gull wing and J-lead component repair, printed circuit board and laminate repair, and conformal coating application. The certificate is issued to Oleg Cherenkov, number RRSB-21070140905, dated June 28, 2021.

Certificate of Conformity: PDR IR-E3G

A manufacturer conformity certificate from PDR (UK, SMT and BGA rework solutions) confirms that the PDR IR-E3G repair station, serial number 2103004882, was calibrated and tested by the manufacturer's quality control department before delivery.

Certificate of Origin: PDR IR-E3G

The certificate of origin confirms that the PDR IR-E3G BGA and SMT rework station is fully manufactured in the United Kingdom, not assembled from components of unknown origin.

Quality Control Certificate CC-2020-882

The quality control certificate confirms the equipment passed inspection under the manufacturer's internal standards. The recommended recalibration interval for the station is every 12 months, and we keep to that schedule.
