The aviation industry runs under strict reliability requirements and short maintenance windows between flights, so serviceable ground electronics matters just as much as the equipment on board. We repair electronic modules of ground test and inspection equipment and benches used in servicing aircraft fleets: bench power supplies, boards of test-and-measurement systems, GSE modules and LRU boards pulled for checks on the ground. We work at component level - we find and replace the failed part instead of swapping the whole board, and we source equivalents for components that are no longer produced. Every assembly passes BoardMaster bench diagnostics and load testing, then goes back to the ground services with confirmed functionality.
What we did
- Repair of boards for ground test and inspection equipment and test benches (GSE) used in servicing aircraft.
- Diagnostics and repair of power supplies for measurement benches and ground inspection systems: restoring power stages, replacing electrolytics and regulators.
- Component-level repair of LRU boards for ground services: fault localization down to a single element without replacing the whole board.
- Restoration of test-and-measurement bench electronics and control consoles of ground support vehicles.
- Sourcing and replacing discontinued components for equipment no longer supported by the supplier.
- Repair of electronic modules for ground-service HVAC and climate control systems.
- Full load testing and BoardMaster bench diagnostics before handing the repaired unit over.
