We repair electronic units of metro rolling stock at component level: from traction converters and door control to passenger announcement and cabin lighting.
Metro rolling stock runs in a high-intensity mode: short segments and frequent acceleration and braking put extra strain on power electronics and control boards. We repair units where train downtime is not an option and delivery of original boards takes months: door control units, traction inverters and converters, passenger announcement and cabin lighting boards. On every assembly we localize the fault at component level, replace the failed elements and, when needed, rebuild discontinued boards from a sample. The finished unit passes BoardMaster bench diagnostics and load testing, so the depot receives equipment with confirmed functionality.
What we did
- Diagnostics and repair of car door control units: power switches, drive drivers, position and interlock sensors.
- Repair of traction inverters and converters for rolling stock: restoring power modules, gate control circuits and protection.
- Restoration of passenger announcement and cabin intercom boards.
- Repair of cabin lighting boards and lighting control units.
- Repair of driver navigation and indication panels.
- Reverse engineering and restoration of assemblies whose original boards are discontinued.
- Preventive maintenance and repair of signalling-adjacent and depot infrastructure equipment.
