Rolling stock and depots
Rail transport
We repair electronic units for electric trains and diesel railcars at component level for locomotive depots and service enterprises in the rail industry. We return assemblies to service without a long wait for factory parts.
Among our regular customers are rail industry enterprises and rolling stock operators: locomotive depots, car repair sections and service centers that need fast electronics repair without a long wait for factory supplies. We work with traction control units, auxiliary system boards and cabin equipment modules whose original spare parts are already discontinued or take months to arrive. On every assembly we localize the fault down to a single component, replace what has actually failed and never scrap the whole board. Before handover each unit passes BoardMaster bench diagnostics and load testing, so the depot receives an assembly with confirmed functionality.
What we did
- Diagnostics and repair of VOITH and TEMIC motor control units for RA-1 and RA-2 railcars, fixing connector burnout and condensation damage.
- Upgrading surge and reverse-connection protection circuits on control units that originally shipped without them.
- Restoring electric train generator boards and power units after condensation traces and contact corrosion.
- Repair of car door control units and vestibule door drives: restoring power switches, motor drivers and end-position sensors.
- Diagnostics and repair of traction converters and auxiliary inverter boards, along with cabin lighting boards and passenger announcement systems.
- Full BoardMaster diagnostics before handover, so the customer receives a unit with confirmed functionality.
- Preventive circuit board maintenance during off-season periods, when trains stand outdoors for long stretches instead of in the depot.
